Fees

Your budget will be discussed and worked to from the outset of the design stage to help control your project costs.  Part of the MonkHouse service is a free initial consultation to understand your ideas.  Once a fee proposal has been provided and accepted, fees will be split into the RIBA stages outlined below.  Typically, most projects will be charged at the end of each completed stage, once you have received the work and services. For larger or more complex projects, stages may be invoiced monthly.
